Basic Overview

Here is the blog for our goals for self preservation. Every Wednesday is check in day so you can post how you've been doing, which goals you've met, and which things you're having challenges with. We can be a support group for each other, and it will probably help everyone to be accountable and to have to actually post what you've been doing (and no lying!...that won't help you at all) I think this is a great idea for us all to be a healthier family and we'll see how we're all doing by Thanksgiving (when we all stuff our faces again...)

Alright guys, I have absolutely no idea what I'm doing with this whole blog thing, so this is kind of a test. It is Wednesday so it's check in day! some how Jess you should try and post everyone's goals on here.

My goals are:
*work out 3 days a week (I think? I can't even remember)
*limit ice cream to only once a week
*lose 16 lbs to get back to my wedding weight

I was happy to see this morning that somehow I didn't gain any extra weight over vaca (still have no idea how based on the crap that I ate) but I'll take it. I did have my ice cream for the week today so no more until next Wednesday...yikes! I had fruit instead the past couple nights, which actually filled my sweet craving pretty well. I haven't worked out yet, the past 2 days have been filled with trying to convince Connor to take a nap in his crib, and laundry. but I do now have a gym schedule so will try to get some group classes in. Okay, gonna post this and see what happens.....
