Alright guys, I have absolutely no idea what I'm doing with this whole blog thing, so this is kind of a test. It is Wednesday so it's check in day! some how Jess you should try and post everyone's goals on here.
My goals are:
*work out 3 days a week (I think? I can't even remember)
*limit ice cream to only once a week
*lose 16 lbs to get back to my wedding weight
I was happy to see this morning that somehow I didn't gain any extra weight over vaca (still have no idea how based on the crap that I ate) but I'll take it. I did have my ice cream for the week today so no more until next Wednesday...yikes! I had fruit instead the past couple nights, which actually filled my sweet craving pretty well. I haven't worked out yet, the past 2 days have been filled with trying to convince Connor to take a nap in his crib, and laundry. but I do now have a gym schedule so will try to get some group classes in. Okay, gonna post this and see what happens.....
